Ropeline Plans

Terms

Last updated: October 11, 2026. These terms cover the Ropeline plugin, Ropeline Pro and the Ropeline Network. By using them you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Ropeline is run by S.H. in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Contact: hello@getropeline.com.

The free plugin

The Ropeline plugin is free software under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You can use it on as many websites as you like, for as long as you like.

Ropeline Pro plans

What Ropeline does, and doesn't, promise

Ropeline makes bot attacks on your website much harder. No security tool can stop every attack, so Ropeline doesn't replace backups, updates, strong passwords or your payment processor's own fraud tools.

We work to keep Ropeline Pro and the Ropeline Network running, but they may sometimes be unavailable. If Pro can't reach us, it keeps working on its last known plan for up to a week, and the free plugin never depends on us.

Ropeline is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data.

Ending things

You can stop using Ropeline at any time. We may end a plan that is used to break these terms or the law; if we do, we'll refund the unused part of that month.

Privacy

What we collect and why is in our privacy policy.

Changes and law

If these terms change, we'll update the date above, and email paying customers about big changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
